The Prevention Group, LLC is an Omaha-based research collaborative involving professionals in psychology, medicine, developmental disabilities, business, artificial intelligence, and computer software development dedicated to developing and evaluating programs, software, and services to help neuro-typical and neuro-atypical children and adults. The Prevention Group programs have been used in schools and communities throughout the United States, Japan, and Guyana. Employment-focused projects have been completed with funding from foundations and the U.S. Department of Education, National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research. Articles based on our work have been published in The American Journal of Family Therapy, Education and Treatment of Children, Focus on Autism and Other Developmental Disabilities, Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders, Journal of Exceptional Children Placed at Risk, Journal of Vocational Rehabilitation, and Research in Developmental Disabilities.
